Did you all receive order confirmations?
Check order status in an hour. It will show the adjusted amount for everyone except the very first to use it.
This just happened a few hours ago. After an hour the amount charged changed and no longer reflected the reward. I called and they said the balance on that card was zero
huh? I called customer service and she assured me that they cancel the order if the amount changes… NOT charge the difference. I hope thats the case! Just FYI cause I really DUNNO lol Merry Christmas
They will DEFINITELY charge the difference…I had it happened twice. I thought I was paying $1.02 out of pocket and my PayPal got whack for 28 bucks!! Even tried disputing it with PayPal (I mean I had invoices that showed they were only authorized to take out pennies) and PayPal ruled in VS’ favor.

I want to say thank you so much to Collin for posting earlier how you can request rewards cards without having to make a purchase. I was able to request 12 codes that day and received 12 emails with the codes and pins. Today I went to the mall and got 24 pairs of panties for only $3 out of pocket. They rang up 2 panties per code a total of 12 times. They were very gracious about it. This was by far the best deal I have ever gotten for sure!! Without these hip deals Collin posts I would not be able to do Christmas at all. Thank you!!

I actually paid through PayPal. Got a confirmation email stating $26 then received an email from VS confirming for $16. Called customer service and was told that I was stuck paying the $26, but I could return to store LOSING the shipping money!!! I AM PISSED. Payed $26 for an $19 item!
I was told the total opposite! Called customer service and they assured me that when I payed with PayPal it wouldn’t reflect any coupon codes BUT I would have my order cancelled and not be charged a different amount if the VS card # I used had no value. WHAT GIVES? I hate this for YOU Wendy geesh. Something has to be done!
I am truly sorry to hear that. Why did CS say the reason was? I would fight it if it wasn’t valid. I pay with my credit card because I can always dispute the charges.

I payed with PayPal. I was reading the previous comments and another reader said that PayPal will side with VS, even though she showed all of the confirmation emails stating the original amount. This truly sucks.
It’s because people post codes on here. Comments take time to hit. Someone uses it so multiple people use it. You can’t do that VS will charge the whole amount.
