Use the Kohl’s app. There’s a place in “your wallet” where you can Scan to Enter offers….click on that, then “switch to manual entry”. Enter the Holiday20 code and it will show up. 🙂

Considering the coupons usually come in the mail to cardholders a few days before the sale starts, I don’t think there will be a 30% before Jan 1. I was really hoping for one too!

Yes you can use the 10 off 40 on sale items, I know it’s spend 40 before coupons but I’m pretty sure it’s 40 after the sales prices.
You can use the $10 off $40 but it won’t apply to both items. The coupons only apply after the sale prices and discounts are applied.

Did anyone have any trouble with Kohls.com this Christmas season? I placed an order Dec. 2. Two toys. They were delivered to the billing address instead of the shipping address, and I’ve spent an obscene amount of time trying to get it resolved. Each time I call, they tell me it’ll be fixed, but it hasn’t. Shipped back, lost in warehouse, out of stock now. I don’t want to start a rant chain, but I’m just wondering if anyone else has had similar trouble, or if it’s just my cloud.
I’m sure others had your experience but I didn’t they got my order to me in two days. I was very happy with the shipping it is a hit and miss when ordering online many people are involved in the process of getting orders delivered.

I ordered from Kohls.com a couple times this holiday season and I didn’t experience the issues you mentioned. Sorry that happened to you.
I did order 2 jar candles online. When I received them they were smashed to pieces since they were packed in a cardboard box with just a couple of pieces of bubble wrap. Returned them in store and was told I would lose my Kohl’s cash I earned on the purchase. Didn’t argue it because there was quite a line behind me waiting to be helped. Called customer service later that day and they did honor my Kohl’s cash over the phone on my next order, thankfully. I was told there were packing issues at their warehouse.
Their return policy about kohls cash makes me crazy! I wanted to exchange some things in store and they told me I would have to lose the kohls cash unless I exchanged for exactly the same things I was returning. That makes me so upset! I went ahead and did it and just lost the money, but it makes me think twice about shipping with them in the future. 🙁
My Kohl’s allows me to exchange for another item(s) that are equal to the amount of the item I want to exchange/return. I haven’t loss Kohl’s Cash for this type of transaction.
I exchanged for the same pair of pants but smaller size and it came up cheaper than when I had bought them and they took away my khols cash I had earned. I didnt understand why and she said because it would have made my first purchase under 50, so they took a additonal 10 of my return pants and I ended up paying more.
I didn’t order a jar candle, however the jar candle someone else ordered was packaged with her name and address in my giant box and broke all the picture frames they put it on top of. still have yet to resolve because they want me to repurchase and wait for refund on original (have done this in past and never received) I plan to take them to store to return…however 99.99% of my kohls experiences are great ones
Overall, I am very happy with their shipping and customer service. I do order quite a bit from Kohl’s during the holidays. My broken candles were really the first shipping issue I’ve had.
I had a similar issue. I placed an order and put in the correct shipping address. When I checked the email confirmation it showed my billing address as the shipping address so I thought maybe I messed it up. I didn’t notice until it was too late to cancel. I placed the order again and the online confirmation showed the correct shipping address but the email showed my billing address again (I knew I did it right the first time :-)) I called right away and they updated the shipping address for me and I returned the first order when it arrived.
Same thing happened to me. Items meant for my father came to my billing address. I know I put in the correct shipping address. They were apologetic but it took me several tries to get the right person with whom I could communicate. My items were no longer available. I had to go to the post office on the 23rd and pay an insane amount of money to overnight. Kohls gave me a credit but it wasnt worth the hassle. I think it is a glitch that defaults to billing address but I still love kohls!
Nothing but excellent service for me, got all my packages deliver on time and hassle free. 1st time, thanks to hip2save, I did most of my shopping online.
I placed an order Nov 24 and it took over 2 weeks to get to me. We were heading out of town and had to cancel, reschedule trip plans 2 times because the original deliver dates were Dec. 1-5 I wouldn’t have placed the order had I known they would change it 3 times.

Can you use the 20%, $10 off 30, AND kohl’s cash together? When trying to order on their app is telling me I can’t use the 20% because a greater discount was applied. Haven’t tried on a browser yet. Anyone else have this happen?

Why would people have Kohls Cash they won’t be using? Where did this come from that people think this?

Its rude to ask the day they become valid its not like the Kohls Cash is expiring in two days and this isnt Craigslists. People can wait a few days before poncing I’m all for giving but it seems to be more comments are focused on a handout or selling something than discussing the deals.

I tried to use Holiday20 a couple of days ago. Called in and Jonathan told me the code ws down, but it would be up in a couple of hours. Called back 2 hours later, talked to 5 or 6 different people (one very rude lady the rest very polite) before a very nice gentleman took my order and gave me 20% off. On the 2nd call everyone I talked to claimed Holiday20 wasn’t even a Kohl’s code, but I’m sure I had it applied earlier in the week in my cart and then decided not to purchase that item.
