I don’t have any feedback specifically about the gloves, but this company has horrible customer service. I purchased sheets from them and within a week they were falling apart, Not just alittle but completely torn through in several places. When I contacted them they first refused to refund me any money. Then after several times of contacting them and giving me the run around they gave me 25% of the cost back. So I had completely useless sheets, got $5 back, and had to go buy more new sheets. I will never buy from this company again, even if it does seem like a great deal.
No review on the gloves, only a review on the company. Slowest shipping I have ever encountered. I ordered some fleece-lined leggings from them in late November. They arrived Christmas Eve. Good thing, because they were a present for my daughter, but 4+ weeks to get here is unacceptable. They weren’t even shipped until Dec 16.
@Robyn – Not sure if you got free shipping or not. But I just placed an order and wasn’t charged shipping. This usually means the slowest route possible – which = 14 – 21 BUSINESS days for most company’s…which they should technically state on their site, but I didn’t see any mention of.
Chris, I think I did get free shipping. I knew it would take a while, and for the deal it wasn’t going to keep me from ordering, but it would have been nice to know they wouldn’t even ship it until 3 weeks later. If transit time lags, fine. But at least get my order out within 10 business days. Still, killer deals, so I would order through them again, just more of a heads up that you may not receive them till you’re packing your gloves up for spring LOL!

Not sure if it is all their products but I ordered a moose hat from a deal a month or two ago and it started falling apart within days. The sock monkey one seems ok, though.
