I bought this one at the Apple store a year and a half ago for $130, and it’s awesome! You can sync it with MyFitnessPal. To date, I’ve lost 90 pounds! 🙂

Yes you can get points with this! I love it and it is so much easier than having to use a tracking app every time I exercise since you get points much more quickly by tracking all steps.

Woot! Woot! I got a large last time because I wasn’t paying attention and had to return it because since it was too big and it wouldn’t track my steps. I was sooo bummed! The store’s were all out here. I just got a medium and can’t wait!
just got one and the only problem is it doesn’t count your steps if your arms aren’t swinging, like pushing a cart or while you are carrying something…

I ordered one of these last time, but ordered the wrong size. They wouldn’t let me exchange it for the correct size, because the SKU # was different for all the sizes. Id love some more details from others who have this on how it works and it’s features. It doesn’t look like it has a screen or buttons. This isn’t something I have considered purchasing but I know these wristbands are popular. What do you have to manually log into the app to get the full benefits from it?
Erin you can track steps, your sleep, activities, food etc. you plug it into your phone to sync your activity. You can even build a team of other Up users. It’s great!
Erin…after you install the app (phone, ipad, ipod,etc.) you put the bracelet on, set it to the active mode (push the silver button on the end of the bracelet) and forget about it until nighttime. You push the silver button again for the night mode to track sleep. The features include powernap mode (I have not used that yet), activity mode, daily goals set by you, reminders set by you (such as a reminder to switch to night mode) and it can be linked to other apps (which I have not used yet either). You can also add other users and form a “team”. Although I have not tried this, I heard that you can do challenges this way. I have only had mine for about a month and love it. If you cannot get it through BestBuy, I found mine on Ebay for about $40.
Thanks Robbyn and Mel. How do you track food intake? Track in manually in app? Does it track how many calories are burned based on activity (like does it recognize you are running vs walking ok)?
You click the button twice on the bracelet to start the activity mode and click it again when you are finished. Then when you sync the bracelet, you can go into the app and change the intensity and what you were actually doing (cardio). It seems to track calories burnt by how much you move. I have not used the calorie intake. I think you manually enter the food in the app.
I synced mine to my fitness pal and track my food there and it transfers.
I got one recently and started using it for the New Year. I am still learning its features, but so far am happy with it for the price I paid. It definitely is helping me be more mindful of my activity and food intake.

My son got the up24 for Christmas and loves it. I got the Walmart deal Colin posted. They were 49.96. I would think the up24 will be cheap when the up3 comes out. It is Bluetooth, and syncs wirelessly.

What’s the difference between the up24 and the up?
There is one UP24 in Navy that is 29.99. It is not available for store pick up anywhere. Could you price match this price at Target or Walmart?

I tried to price match everywhere after I saw this deal. No one has the navy color and the other colors aren’t on sale. It may have been a best buy only color. No luck. I went ahead and bought the up at 29.00
I got one at this price for Christmas. I love it. All you have to do to sync it is plug it into your headphone jack if your phone. I got one for my hubby and brother. We are on a “team” and we compete. Great deal.
Are the batteries rechargeable or do they have to be replaced?
You plug it in using a USB every 10 days. You can use a wall charger or a computer.

I got one for Christmas and I LOVE it. Its fascinating to me, all the information about my sleep and activity. My hubby probably gets a little tired of hearing me relate statistics. It challenges you to move more& get more sleep. Seems really accurate too.

I went to a Best Buy after ordering online to see if my store had the navy 24. They did not, but said they would match their online price. I don’t know if the policy is like Target where they have to have them in stock…but it’s worth a shot for anyone who can find one.
I had bought 2 of these during the last deal. My husband’s works great. Mine would never charge. Tried on multiple devices and with his plug. Returned to store where they no longer had this kind. Employee said that they are discontinuing this model. Just a heads up for the rest of you. I ended up spending more money and buying a Fitzip Charge that is great because I can see my progress without having to sync to my phone.

My son ripped the package up after opening and all we can find is the bracelet itself 🙁 Is it useless without the usb charging cord or can we charge it on any device? Also….I have no instructions or anything….could anyone who has one help us?
I just got mine today too. You should have a short grey USB cord. If it’s missing, contact them asap. If you have it, you have to pull off the grey rectangle that says “Jawbone” to access the plug. HTH

One last thing…your son may have accidentally lost the instructions and the USB when opening it because they are both really little. The instruction booklet it about 2 inches tall by 5 inches wide. The USB is about 3-4 inches total.
Yes, I’m sure he pulled out the bracelet not knowing there were other things we needed and it all got trashed with the rest of the packages/wrapping paper of Christmas morning 🙁 I’ll try calling them tomorrow to see if it’s worthless without the usb charger thing….thanks so much for the number!!
