Kroger’s too buy 4 to get 5 Catalina
I’m still really confused on how this coupon works in conjunction with the B2G1 free coupon (no longer available). Can I use both coupons at the same time? How many do I have to buy to get the +ups? If I buy 3, does the pizza made free by the coupon count towards my $15 total? I appreciate any clarification.
I’m not sure but I think the last time this was asked this was the answer.
If you get 4 Pizza you can use one b2g1 coupon and one $2.00 off 2 Pizza coupons.
You will get the $5.00 +ups reward, you will also get the $3.00 Catalina. So you spend $20.00, get $5.00 off, get $2.00 off, for a total of $13.00. You will then get a $5.00 reward and a $3.00 Catalina, so it actually costs $5.00 for 4 Pizza. If this is NOT correct please let us know the correct scenario.
I thought the Catalina was at a different store. I don’t know of a Catalina at rite aid for this.
You can’t use this coupon with the b2g1 coupon because that coupon is already linked to all 3 pizzas. If you aren’t getting any of the other items in the deal (soda, crackers, etc), then you’d get the best price buying six pizzas and using two b2g1 coupons. If you only bought three, you’d get one $5 +up back, but you’re paying more for one of the pizzas because it’s not in a pair. And the pizza made free by the coupon will count toward the $15 you need to spend. So, you should get 6 pizzas, use two b2g1 coupons, pay $20, and get back $10 in +ups, making your final cost $10. If my math is right, that makes it only $1.66 each. That’s a great deal!
If I buy 3 and only use the b2g1 coupon will I get the $5.00 reward, or is the $15.00 total after all coupons?
the 15.00 before coupons, and there is a 2.00 catalina on 3 at riteaid
Katie, as long as you buy the 1st pair to get the sale price, you will still get the sale price on the odd items. If you buy 3 or 5, they will all ring up $5 each. So 3 @ $15 – B2G1 = 3/$10 or still $1.66 factoring in $5UP.
Lily, yes you will get the UP. Coupons don’t have any bearing on spend deals.
Thanks Mel. Hopefully for the last time. I get 3 pizza, 2@$10.00 1@$5.99(per ad) = $15.99. B2g1 coupon make it $10.99 out of pocket. Then I get $5.00 reward for spending $15.00 and $2.00 Catalina for buying 3, so I am really getting 3 pizza for $3.99 or $1.33 each, is this correct (I HOPE)!
Yep! You got it! (But I am not entirely sure how the 3rd pizza will ring up. I might be confusing with Walgreens. I could have sworn the last time I bought something that was 2/for price and I got 3, they all rang up the sale price. We’ll find out soon enough!)
I’ve had it happen to me before. It was when gum was 3/$3 and you got a +up, but the coupon I had was off 4. The fourth rang up at $1.19 because the ad said that was the single item price. Just like this.
Thanks so much for all of your responses, ladies. I wanted to go prepared on Sunday and didn’t want any surprises at the register!
Great idea for super bowl! Thanks!
I am a new at this. I cant seem to find the buy2g1 anywhere. Only the 2/2. Please help me ..thanks in advance
Terry, it isn’t avail anymore. Was released a couple weeks ago. HTH! 🙂
It was a nice surprise when the Riteaid register printed out one $3 and one $1 catalina when i bought 6 of them! Net 1.67/pizza. Not bad!
how long are catalinas going to be printing
