Try calling them directly. My girlfriend did and they have her a code, she let then know that she didn’t get an email but wanted to partake in the flaw sale so the rep honored it for her.

Hi if you call and let the know you didn’t receive the code they will be happy to give the 50% off over the phone. The code was only for people who have not ordered yet but the email got sent out to by mistake to people who had ordered. I’m sure they will work with you ESPECIALLy if you are a new customer. I didn’t get one that really bites cause that’s all I have ever used on my daughter for 2.5 years. Plus I use their cleaning products. You would think they would reward a loyal customer.
Cynda, I called to discuss this yesterday and was given 15% off of my next order of bundles. This is approximately the same as 50% since the bundles are already about 30-35% off. I expressed that loyalty should be valued as much as marketing to new customers who may be “one-and-done.” Hopefully we will see a shift as the company becomes more established.
When I called they said the codes were only sent to people who had never ordered anything from them before. I was offered 25% off my next bundle shipments.
