Me too. I wonder if it’s because I’m too far away from the nearest one (over 25 miles away).
I got it to work. I had to completely refresh and re-do so that it didn’t have to tell me to select a center.

Mine was doing the same thing even though I have a center close by. Now it’s giving me an error that the format of my phone number is incorrect. I give up!
It told me my phone number was not a valid number as well. 🙁
Me too! Over and over and over. Maddening.
You don’t have to put your phone number or email on the form. They aren’t required fields…try it again without them..that’s what I had to do.
Even though not a required field it still keeps asking me for it. Then says it’s invalid.
There’s a button underneath your phone # that says find a center, click it and find center close to you then submit hope that helps:)
If it doesnt work the first time, completely close the window and try again. Even after I fixed what it said was wrong, it wouldnt go through. But, when I closed the window and reopened it, it worked! HTH

This is not cell phone friendly, I tried on my cell phone and was unable to. Tried on my laptop and it worked fine. I live more than 50 miles from the nearest location.
I used my cell phone and my closest center is 3 hours away and it worked fine on the first try!
It did that to me too, so I reloaded the page and did it right and it worked. I’ll be getting my book in 3-5 weeks 🙂

Worked perfectly for me. Was able to choose a center that is about 50 miles from my home. Said I will receive my selection in 3 to 5 weeks.

Completed form and it didn’t go through. Refreshed page and had to complete form all over again and it went through.

mine keeps saying my phone number is not in the right format either…
I was able to get mine this morning using my cellphone. When you click ‘find a store’ it’ll give you a drop list of stores in your area. Just click the dot next to the store you want!
I can’t get it to work either. It says I have to enter a valid phone number in proper format and I did.
Exit out, try again. Took me 3 times.

If you get an incorrect notice on the form, reload and start over. Once you miss a line or fail to select a center, it hangs up there. Reload the page and be careful to fill in everything requested and it will go through.

Try refreshing the screen and make sure not to miss anything it seems like if you miss one box and if the red box pops up it wont work at all. So try again!

It wouldn’t work from my IPhone or IPad but worked just fine from my computer went right threw I hope this helps with some issues

I kept clicking “Next” until it reached the last page after I had chosen my center then hit Submit and it lead me to the confirmation message.HTH

and on a right side enter your zip code so you can see which 1 center you should choose for form. Then click here https://www.kumon.com/scholastic.aspx and fill the form .Its work for me.

Yay! Worked for me (you do have to pick a center 1st — and mine is about 25miles away – but it worked fine) I could NOT see the “pick a center” from my ipad so I had to go to my laptop to be able to pick it before I could order it.
I couldn’t get it to work on Internet Explorer, but it finally went thru on Chrome

It didn’t work for me at first either…I kept clicking on my local center and it kept saying I needed to click a center…Anyway..I got out of the site, went back on to start fresh and it did work!
You must hit next, even after you select your center, until the end and then hit submit. Mine finally worked after that.

I was able to get it to work after exiting out of the website the first time I filled it out and clicking again on the link, entering my info and hitting submit. Worked great! 🙂
It worked for me on 2nd try. Just left out my number. And surprise surprise, there is a center 2 blocks from me.
