maybe a dumb question, but . . . how close do I have to get to the value of threshold coupon to get Rite Aid to apply it? I have a $3 off $9 coupon for Simple products coupon that I want to use, but I think my total will be $8.98 … will they let it fly or does it have to exact / over?
