If you’ve got a sweet tooth or looking to fill your Easter eggs on the cheap, hurry on over to your local Walgreens where you may be able to find the HUGE 41 oz bags of Skittles ringing up for just $1.99-$2.39 (regularly $7.99!). Reader Brandy discovered these bags on sale for just $1.99 at her store in South Florida and I also was able to snag the same bag for just $2.39 here in Boise, ID! How do you price check at Walgreens? Do you have to go to a register?
The Walgreens I went to on yesterday had there’s marked, but the other Walgreens didn’t so I didn’t get them, but I’m going to try again today and just take them to the register as if I don’t know the price lol

Yes, you do have to bring items up to the register to price check. I usually take my items to the cosmetic counter as it is not typically as busy.
I’ve found price scanners (checkers) at my Walgreens.

Just wish they made big bags in their other flavor varieties. Just like Starburst, the original flavors have the fewest flavors i like. Wait…didnt skittles FINALLY change the green skittles that come in their original red bags from lime (ewwww!) to apple? Im almost certain they finally did (long overdue change IMO)…now if we could change those pesky lemons to pineapple or something, i wouldnt have to throw away all the yellows =)

The lime were my favorite!!! I seriously only would eat the strawberry, lemon, and lime. No reason to buy them now. The first time I had an some one I was expecting like and it was foul to me.
Also I hate cherry starburst but like all the other original flavors… That is completely fine with my hubby because cherry are his favorite lol
Nooooooo! They should never have changed from lime to green apple… Whenever my kids eat anything green Apple flavor their breath smells so yucky afterwards. Bleh… π
I also hate the green apple. It just doesn’t go with all the other flavors very well. Lemon, grape, and lime were my favorite! Now it’s just lemon and grape…I can deal with the red ones sometimes, but the green apple and orange are my least favs.

Went earlier and bought some valentine’s cards for .29 with pencils and the .40 with lollipops and The mini heart with cocholates for .19. The store did not had much left.

Mine rang up $3.19 as well. It’s a better deal to get the smaller bag with $1 target coupon at target.
They were $3.19 at more store…still a good deal so I got them for my sons class to do something cool for St. Patricks Day with!

ok, i just looked at the original post for Cottonelle and people recently commented around Feb 16th saying they got an e-mail saying their order was cancelled and would receive a refund. i didn’t get an e-mail.

I got an email that my order was cancelled. I reported them to the BBB because of the awful way they handled this situation. You don’t sell something, take the money, send order confirmation, then when the customer is expecting to receive the product 5-6 weeks later, finally tell them they won’t be getting the product. They really dropped the ball on that whole thing.
I just received a response from cottonelle. I emailed them yesterday. They claim they will be mailed by the end of today. So what would have happened if I didn’t email
