Yes, you’d have to pay for shipping, which is usually around $7-9
Typically you do with these offers but it’s only $7.99 and well worth it!
There’s normally a code out there for new users to get a free book. You might want to try that first before one of these so you could get both 🙂 Once you order from them you don’t qualify for the newbies anymore.

Some can be combined, it just depends on the promotion. Just place what you want in cart then click on offers, it will let you pick what can be combined. Sorry if that’s not much help. I have combined free Christmas cards with free magnet for instance but cannot combine 2 – $20 off offers. Hope that helps lol

You can just edit the photo book size to 8 x 8
The code says it can’t be used for smaller only bigger…is there a different way that I don’t know about? I just started shutterfly for this project and I swear I learn something new every day!
Sorry meant to state you can edit the book size to 8×11 to be able to apply the code. Select the project to edit it, there’s a button to change the size…just give it a different name to have both books saved ss dif. projects…just in case.
