For all fitbit users, how do we calculate an exercise? Lets say I did 20 minutes of treadmill the fitbit is counting the steps, but once i put in my activity for 20 minutes, it doubles my steps and my mileage. How do I put in the information without changing the steps, miles, and calories.
The only time I add an exercise in is it I wasn’t wearing the Fitbit or if it was more stationary, like yoga or something it didn’t pick up movement on. Otherwise, I just let it add it up step wise. Not sure if this is the right way to do it, but it works for me.
If you have a charge, hold the side button down and the timer will start. It will continue tracking the workout until you press and hold it again to stop.
Congratulations!!
Congrats
Thank you for the chance!
