Has anyone received their pens yet? We just received ours today and unfortunately we ordered two boxes and they sent two *pens.* To make matters worse they weren’t even in packaging — just two pens bouncing around loose in a box. Bummer. 🙁

Just heard back from the seller; he said their description was wrong, so it sounds like everyone who ordered these may only receive one pen rather than a box of pens and may need to contact the seller or file a claim for a refund.
Who would purchase a single pen for $12.51 listed price. I think they made a mistake and refused to honor them. Just saying….

Hi all, just thought I share this with you. You know the off on Amazon for the Pentel EnerGel NV Liquid Gel Pen, 0.7mm, Medium Line Capped, Metal Tip, Blue Ink, Box of 12 (BL27-C)? I received mine today, and its only 1 pen, LOL, not a box of 12 pens. Talk about bait and switch! I sent them an email stating that their ad was confusing and I thought I was ordering a whole box and not a single pen. Especially when the original price was listed at $12.51.
Go figure! Anyone experiencing this, too?
I ordered 4 boxes and received 4 pens thrown in a box… for $20.? I was surprised that the company would try sending one pen to me at a cost of $5 rather than cancel the order or offer an apology right away online. A mistake is acceptable to me but trying to pull a fast one is not.
Confusing? The description says BOX OF 12!!!!! How are we suppose to take that as FROM A BOX OF 12???? LOL. Sent message to vendor, if unsuccessful, I will dispute through Amazon and then through Credit Card.
Received response from seller….”My apologies, but our description was wrong. I have issued a full refund and you can keep what you received as an apology. Sorry for the inconvenience.”
Received an e-mail from Amazon today stating they processed the refund.
I just FOUND my box in the bushes next to my front door (since I had not received the package and I went looking for it tonight) and I also only received ONE pen, not twelve. I agree that this is a bait and switch – I have filed a claim.
I also ordered the pens from Amazon and got one one instead of twelve 😡
We complained to the seller and this is the message we got back….
“Sorry you didn’t receive what you expected.
We are unable to fill this order because there is a listing error … we are working to resolve the problem.
When we list items for sale on amazon our employees match our items with one of the many listings on amazon.
Clearly an employee has made a mistake and when this happens we have no idea that there is a problem until someone receives the wrong item or wrong quantity.
We have canceled the order and are processing your refund.
You may keep the item you received or return to Supermart 251 A America Place Jeffersonville IN 47130 at your own cost.”
So long story short, I just got off th phone with Amazon. They wanted to give me $5 for my inconvenience so I asked to speak with a supervisor who gave me $10 credit instead. I asked the supervisor to put in a report on this seller for the “bait and switch” they pulled. I suggest others do the same so this seller doesn’t do this scam again!
