Kohls didn’t change the rules the manufacturers did. Nike won’t allow any discounts on they’re products
I agree! There are so many exclusions (not just Nike) and it is confusing to shop in-store since there is nothing listed about the exclusions. Very disappointing that they changed the rules for the 30% off coupons.
I tried to buy a trampoline with Bunny 30 and it said that wasn’t eligible. Why?
I think it’s because it’s considered “sporting goods”. They told me they were exempt when I bought my Fitbit.

fyi-I struggled to get the kids apparel code to work for some time. I think I finally figured out it was possibly the OshKosh shirt I had in my cart. I had $36 of kids stuff (no Nike) in my cart but it kept saying the code wasn’t valid. I eventually added enough other stuff for it to take, but it was a pain.
I just purchased OshKosh clothes online with no problem using the code….wonder why it was giving you issues…..sometimes for me it won’t take the code until the last step before purchase

If I return an gift item with gift receipt to kohl’s will the gifter come to know that the item they gifted was returned.?
No. I don’t think there is anyway for them to tell you returned as long as the store gives you a merchandise credit. The only way they would know is if you have the store return the money to the original payment which would be whatever they used to buy it for you. Hth
Depends. If the item you return was part of a purchase in which a $10 reward was earned and they haven’t yet used it, the reward won’t be valid.
There will be a $10 off $30 coupon from 4/2 thru 4/4. Maybe it will stack with the kids $10/$30 coupon and the 30%.

Just a question … I have been waiting over a month for a refund (online order, returned, but paid with gift card). Anyone else ecer have a problem like this? I am beyond frustrated with kohls!!
When I return online, it normally takes approximately 3-4 weeks to receive a refund. There is no notice of the refund (to my Kohl’s CC), it just shows up.
Meant to say when I make a return via mail from an online purchase 🙂

I am frustrated with them too. I ordered the appliances at Christmas and the gift card I got was for $20 instead of $30 and you wouldn’t believe how they spelled my name. It looks like a mideastern name. Ha! I don’t shop at Kohls anymore. I quit for a long time after I bought over $100 and never got my $20 gift card in store. The clerk said they would mail it and never did. So after this time I am through.

So frustrated when I spend time looking through everything, settle on my purchase, and then the codes don’t work because apparently my items don’t qualify? What on earth. How is anyone to know? And I have an extra $15 off $50 that can be combined with any other codes. I’m about to donate it on here. Ugh.
