The sodium content is high. I have the pot roast slow cooker sauce – it has 580mg of sodium in a 1/4 cup serving. There are six servings per package. We only eat it once in a great while due to this, but we all really like it.
Try cooking it with veggies and the meat and don’t add any more salt to the meat and veggies that way is not to high. Thats what I do with all prepared sauces.
Off topic but did anyone find any fruyo yogurt at their target and if so, what is tje dpci on the receipt? Ive been to a few stores and none have it. 🙁 tia!

My kids love the “classic roasted chicken” variety. It is crazy easy – chicken breasts or tenders, frozen veggies, cut up potato and cook.
Use the garlic one for roasted red potatoes
I dud the 2 oven and the 2 crockpot deal this morning. They only had two packs of the oven type. There were plenty of the slow cooker varieties to choose from. Used a couple $1/2 manu coups with the deal. I did get a .75 cents off two store coupon after checking out too.
The creamy garlic butter chicken is delicious. I cooked it one night and it was a hit for my family! Also A hit for me! 🙂 one dish casserole in the oven for 40mins. Didn’t have to do much but cut the potatoes. 😀
