M, Amazon has milk frothers for about $5. I use mine daily. They’re tiny hand held mixers that are for the specific purpose of blending single cup volumes
I found a non-stainless steel version of this same Cuisinart hand blender for $15 at my local Christmas Tree Shop!
I bought one on clearance at Macys last year.. love it for soups and tomato sauce
Love this item but beware: don’t use on ice or anything frozen. Plastic (!) bearings in the motor wear out easily. Bought my replacement at Bed Bath & Beyond since their return policy is so good. Won’t last for years and years but a handy kitchen gadget nonetheless. Why they can’t use metal parts in the motor to make it last is beyond me.
