      Once you add the specials to your order, go to your cart, and click on the box that says apply special or something like that.

        I did do that and it said my order didn’t qualify for the monthly special. I spent 1 hour & 15 min placing this order due to the slowness of their website. My consultant can’t even log into it. Lol

    What is this “Thirty One Consultant” business? What is the point of a “consultant” if you can just buy directly from the website?

      You have to go through a consultant to order. Then the consultants earn a percentage of the sales.

      You can not order directly from the website. It forces you to select a consultant so if you do not have someone you normally order from it is faster for you to pick one of the listed links.

      Carla – Thirty One likes to have personal relations ships and customer service, so I believe you can only place your order through a consultant. As in, I’m spending my day placing the orders for my customers so they do not have to deal with the slow site problems.

      Only Certain patterns are what is discounted. So some will show as full price depending on pattern chose. Did you click on spring sale on upper left?

    I have been trying since 6:30am to order. If Thirty One’s servers can’t handle a sale like this, then they shouldn’t have one. This is ridiculous!

      Unfortunately Tasha, Thirty One strives on home party sales…their servers are not equipped for these sales but they are working on it. This sale has been the first that hasn’t completely crashed the system. It is frustrating though – but Target experienced the same problem when they released the Lily collection – sometimes things are too good even for the best technology!       Confirmation emails are going to take some time because the site is so slow they have to turn off certain features to help with the speed. We are not receiving emails of orders being placed either right now.
