    I had the retro metro in my cart and was trying to put in my CC and it wouldn’t save it and the my cart deleted all of my items. This is horrible to have this great sale and then have the items deleted and this was 3 hours ago.

    Can anyone tell my why when I had the oh snap pockets monthly special they are coming up at $15, not $5? I did more than the minimum order.

      In your cart, you have to click a box that says something about special pricing. Then it will change the price to $5.

    Please please please do not place your order under a party – it does not guarantee that you will get your items – place it as a direct retail order – that way once you hit submit your order is closed and you should be guaranteed your items. If placed on a party it doesn’t close until the consultant decides to close the party meaning your items could sell out.
