Now upload an image of man with a beard and share. Once you have done so, you should have 5,000 Shop Your Way Surprise Points (= a $5 reward) in your account to spend on items sold by Sears. SWEET! 🙂

Hey everyone, i read the contest rules that you will receive your points after contest ends on 6/21.
I didn’t get any either. Unrelated, but can you change personal shoppers? Or when do they send free points? I don’t remember mine ever sending me any free points. 🙁
Yes , I have change my personal shopper when they offering pts and I receive the pts
You can change but no matter who you have you will get the same amount of points and at the same time. These points usually only last about 3 days, so chances are you got them but maybe didn’t see in that time? Make sure to follow your personal shopper to know when these will come. And if you don’t get them during the time you are supposed to, make sure to reach out to your personal shopper so she/he can help fix that.
I’m personally a personal shopper and can tell you we don’t even know when these will be put into accounts until about a week before. I always post on my Facebook page to let my followers know when these will be issued and when they will expire and also list reminders to use them before they expire. Checked my account today and I DID receive $5 surprise points for a purchase at Sears.
They sent me an email an hour later saying all entrants will recieve 5000 points yay free money
I am making the decision to make my life easier and be done with shop your way stuff. Such a pain. I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten an email about surprise points and I go through all the hoops and maybe 1 out of 5 times it actually works and I get the points or money off. I probably spent almost an hour last week trying to get the 25 off 50 dollars at kmart that I got emailed – never was able to get it. I’m done.

My points were under surprise points this morning and I did it last night. It just takes a while to show up.
I just did it and the surprise points were in my account within 2 minutes. It’s still working!

I uploaded a picture and didn’t receive points so i uploaded a second picture and then I got the points. FYI they come as surprise points and not regular points.
From another blogger I heard it takes some time to load if you load an internet photo…and a bit quicker if it is a personal photo. Like someone said above it’s surprise points so you must click on your account information to see th points. Good luck!

The points were not showing up in surprise points for me, but when I added tens in the cart, it showed that I had those points available to redeem.
I used my points today, got 5 of the $1 hand soaps for free. Thanks again.
