I received the following email from PinchMe earlier today: “We love Sample Tuesday and we know that a lot of PINCHers spend quite a bit of time trying to claim samples.
Unfortunately we have to let you know that there may not be samples available for you today. This is based on both brand-specific targeting and the information you provided in your advanced profile.” I’ve got kids in diapers, etc., so not sure why I wouldnt be offered at least diapers… Did others get this?

Thanks!! That was exactly what I wondered… Language is weird – ‘there MAY NOT be samples’… it’s like they want to limit the traffic to the site 🙂
I didn’t get that email, but I logged in and it said there would be no samples for me today.

Wow…just make sure you do all your feedback…Also update your profile. I needed to do that once I had a baby on several different sites and I get all types of offers now. I always have at least 5 samples available, and one month they told me to go back and order more of things that were still available and I got 2 boxes!

I also sent a email to pinchme costumer service and they advised that it’s not possible only update my cell nr or my address..

I got 4 products this time. They have been easier to get lately. Last time I got about 6. Thanks for the reminder!
Last time although I was able to put some into my “box”, the system stalled on placing the order. Even after waiting and retrying for the remaining 18-or-so minutes it finally timed out and never did go through.
I only got 4 items and it wasn’t that great of selection.

same here, I also got ZzzQuil but I passed on it since no one in my family would be using it.
I got five items – Mr Bubbles, a Luzianne tea item, Zzzquil, a vitamin drink, and a lotion. Yay! The sesame street shampoo item went out of stock quickly, but that’s ok!

Email customer service. It took almost 2 months to get my first box than after that it came in a couple of weeks…

Had 4 samples on my account this time, and it was way easier to get them last month! Yay, love samples 🙂

I got 6 samples today, which is the most I have ever gotten from Pinch Me! I’m really excited about the hand cream sample!
You know what’s crazy…last time I only got 2..the rest was out if stock …but I added out of stock items to wish list and just was bored about 2 weeks ago was bored and went on pinch me and wouldn’t you know it… The items I added to wish list were available to me! Got the items yesterday in mail! So maybe that’s a good option if this is how it works! Not sure if it works all the time, but it did for me!

I don’t know what happen..all the samples were out of stock and I was writing my feedbacks so refreshed the site few times and finally was able to get 3..one bubble,hand cream and bandage
At first it said nothing, but after reading the comments I logged back in and there were two available for me: diapers and Mr. Bubbles, Then I had to refresh, and the hand cream was available, and finally at the checkout stage, a Lipton Stir in sample was added. So keep trying if you didn’t get anything at first. THANKS!
Refreshed for over 20 minutes. Came here to see what others were saying, went back to site and found a sample for Skinfix, which was out of stock, and Prilosec, which I don’t use. 🙁

This site is so weird. Every time I log on it shows something different. First it showed only 3 items, all out of stock. It said to log on from a computer and answer survey questions for more possible offers so I did, and it showed only one item that time, out of stock. Then I logged in from my phone again and it showed 6 items, 3 still in stock. Similar thing happened last month.

Sorry some of your options are “out of stock”. I forgot last month to check, so I didn’t get any samples when I logged in about 4pm. However it’s 1:30pm EST now, and I was able to get 4 samples!

Did anyone get the Sample Source samples from a month or so ago? I got a survey today to review the samples but never received them.

I don’t know if this may help anyone. Last week they sent me 2 email reminders about feedback. On different days and said to complete in order to qualify for more samples. My feedback was not due until 15 days but I had already tried everything.
Last month they sent me a reminder email the day before sample Tuesday but this month I didn’t get one although the I knew today was the day. I waited and logged in at 11:59am and it showed no samples for me and even when I refreshed at 12:01. I tried again by 12:05 and then it showed my samples.
Maybe you guys had to log in after 12:05 to see. I was able to get all of the ones selected for me(6). Last time I got my box 2/3 weeks later. Hth
