Side note…yesterday I bought 1 box of crayons at Staples for 50¢, and receipt printed message ” limit 30″ , so teachers can get up to 30 per receipt at 50¢ each.

    • rae

Crayons will typically get to 4/$1 at one store or other during the school sales and Walmart will usually as match without issue.

  2. Nancy

My Staples ad says limit 30 per customer in store. No mention of teachers.

    • j

Sorry 4 confusion, I meant, any teachers interested, they can definitely do 30. I am not a teacher, bought 1, and got that message on my receipt.

How do Staples/ Office Depot school glue and glue sticks compare to Elmers? Thanks.

    • Laura

It doesn’t glue as well , but I still think it is a good deal.

      • Melissa Rice

Thanks. They are on my Son’s school list and I am debating whether to buy Elmers glue or store brand glue/sticks.

        • Katrina

Me, too. I think I’ll end up going for the Elmer’s. I love a good deal, but would feel terrible if they didn’t work.

          • Rebecca

i bought them once and they were horrible. I opened them and they were almost fossilized right out of the packet. Our teacher last year told me that Elmer’s is the only glue that is consistently good.

            • B

Walmart has Elmers individual glue sticks for 10 cents and regular Elmers glue for 50 cents. I would go with Elmers. My daughters supply list actually asks for Elmers and Crayola. Walmart has individual notebooks at 17 cents, Crayola products seem to be priced the same as well, most lited to here are better or the same price.

            • Rebekah

I can’t find the Walmart Elmer’s glue sticks for 10 cents anywhere online. Is it advertised?

    • L

As a teacher I would say they don’t glue as well. I purchased the Office Depot brand last year during the sale and the student’s work would be peeling off before the end of class. Definitely go for the Elmers.

    • K

I am a teacher and would definitely say go with Elmers. The other brands do not hold as well and are frustrating for the students.

Remember the off brand is not always a good deal. You will sometimes have to pay more to get the name brand products that not only works but will last through the school year.

  5. Sonia

    • Joe

      Yes

  7. mamasweetpea

anyone know if these are online also. last weeks offers appear to be in store only

  8. Candice

I thought the add says glue was .50 not 0.10?

    • Kim

If you buy an individual liquid glue it’s .10, but if you purchase the pack of liquid glue that comes with one glue stick it is .50. I hope that helps

  9. Joe

There is a 150 off one Pelee coupon found at target for the Kleenex
