Do they not give details about the clothes? Like I looked at shorts and couldn’t find the inseam…also, is it me or are the clothes kinda dated? Maybe I’ll do better with kids clothes…

    • Angela

I had a hard time finding “stylish” clothes that I would wear.. they had a lot of clothes on there I was surprised they accepted to sell.

      • Erica

I agree! Takes time and effort to find anything good BUT IT’S FREE

    • nicolegammeter

Sorry to hear that, Christa! I reached out to my contact regarding your experience.

      • Turi

Angela and Erica, Turi here with Schoola. Thank you for your feedback. We’re working on doing more curating so it’s easier to find items you love. We launch new items daily, so make sure to check back to see if there are any new arrivals that fit your style. All of the items are donated on behalf of schools to fundraise, so we try to accept as much as we can to raise maximum funds for schools.

    • Cassandra

I agree Christa. I’ve had a lot of luck with kids clothes, but not so much with ‘stylish’ older clothes. I recommend thredup. They’re reasonably priced, have super cute clothes, and when you sign up through a referral link, you get a $20 credit.

  2. Erica

Please consider using my link…. https://www.schoola.com/?ref=sm-3X15cq7R8 I have used this site before and it’s awesome! Plus we get to help each other. I used a fellow hipster’s earlier.

  3. jenn

I am done with this site. I placed a 3rd order (hoping 3rd times a charm) during a last good promo and again clothes came with huge stains not mentioned. Like i cant believe someone even donated them to sell, and no on there noticed, or actually thought it was ok to sell like that. I dont have time to deal with customer service each order so im done taking the risk even if they come out cheap with a deal.

    • Kayla B.

My sister and I have had the same problem. She received clothes and purses that were stained, and wrong size clothes. I received a purse that was damaged, and they said was in good condition. I don’t understand why they even sell that kind of stuff, because on the paperwork I received before, it said they only accept excellent condition clothes. I can say though, their customer service is great and they are really good about refunds.

      • Angela McC

Same here. I’ve ordered from them twice and both times I received damaged and/or mis-sized clothing. I understand that it’s supposed to be for a good cause so I didn’t complain to the company but it put me off from ordering from them again.

    • Turi

Turi here with Schoola. I’m so sorry to hear about your recent experiences. Thank you for your feedback. All items are donated by parents and friends of schools, as you know, and we’re constantly working on improving the inventory and experience. If you’ve received an item you’re dissatisfied with, please don’t hesitate to contact customer care at hello@schoola.com. We appreciate your shopping to support schools!

      • Jen

I haven’t had any problems, no stains or holes other than one skirt had a loose seem but I can fix that

    • nicole

DItto- I had great luck on my first order, but I ordered another two times and was terribly disappointed in the condition the clothes came in. I wouldn’t have paid .25 at a garage sale for them, let alone what they cost on Schoola without the promo code!

  4. Rebecca

I would be so appreciative if someone would use my link! Military momma with 2 littles! https://t.co/SotFLKlcOs
    Thank you!

    • Michele

Used your link😊 Thanks for you and your family’s sacrifice for our country!

      • Rebecca

        Thank you so much!

      • Rebecca

Hi Michele! Any chance you could email me at
        pouty for you @ yahoo.com
Just remove the spaces! My referral is not showing & I just need your email(or you could leave it here). Many thanks!

    • Erica

Hello Asha! Just wondering if you placed your order? I never received my referral credit. Ty

  5. diana

i did post a comment but do not see it. Does it take time?

  6. kerryh

I had problems as well. I ordered all 2T sized clothes and got an 18m, a 24m and a 2T. 2 out of 3 items were incorrect. Why they were even listed as 2t on the site is beyond me. And the quality is more garage sale instead of consignment shop. Nothing wrong with garage sales…but I’d expect garage sale prices to go along with it!

    • molly

Agreed on the pricing! As long as I’m using those free credits its alright. But the prices are way too high for the quality of clothes!!

    • Turi

Turi here with Schoola. Thanks so much for your feedback. We’re constantly working on improving our process to make sure you receive items you love. If you receive an item marked incorrectly, don’t hesitate to reach out to customer care so we can make things right: hello@schoola.com. We also appreciate your feedback on pricing–our intention is to price items at up to 70% off retail so we can raise the maximum amount for kids in schools.

  7. Amy

I love Schoola! Even if your items are not has you hoped, they have a fantastic customer service department. I received my order today and was very pleased with the dress and shirt.

  8. Ashley

I’ve been using this site for awhile now. It might take checking a few times, but I have found really cute stuff for pretty good prices. I haven’t had any stains or rips on the clothes. Hope you can find something really good too. If you want you can use my link and we both get $15! https://www.schoola.com/stitch?ref=cp-3X3z2pWLK

    • nessa

how weird that you and the two people below you have the same link, lol…

    • Erica

Wow three ppl with the same link better get that fixed LOL

    • Kristen

Sure, Angela..or are you Diane? Or is it Riris? LOL 😂😂 bless it

  9. Addy

I have a credit from them (for a damaged item that they sold me), but I am very disappointed that I can’t use it and the free shipping. The only response from customer service was “to place two orders”. Not very helpful in my book. Even if the money supposedly goes to a good cause.

    • Cassandra

It isn’t uncommon that retailers don’t allow you to use more than one promo code per order. I think they did in the beginning, but they haven’t allowed that for awhile now.

  10. Jamie

Thanks Collin! I was able to get a cute hoodie, a coat and a dress for my soon-to-be 10 year old for free and I still have a little credit left over.

Would love if someone would use my link: https://www.schoola.com/stitch?ref=cp-3X4ndwSMS

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You’re Welcome!

  11. Kristen

Even if schoola does have their flaws with ordering, I cannot complain. First they give us tons of free credits..second, they have the BEST customer service and will do anything to fix any problem. Just my 2 cents 😉

  12. Ashley

Hey I became a new customer today and all I received in an email was to save 25% I didn’t get any credits. Can anyone help me out on this??

  13. Barbara Simon-Waters

I love Schoola! I look at the items carefully and if there is any doubt, I do not order that item. I have received nice clothes. I am sure they receive thousands of clothes per day in the mail. I buy standard clothes that never go out of style. I would love if just ONE person would use my link:
https://www.schoola.com/stitch?ref=cp-3Xwif69H Many thanks to you. Enjoy shopping

  14. breadhead

Thank you for offering, Collin. I like Schoola’s clothes. I haven’t had any problem with that. I also can send some money to my school as well. That is very nice.

  15. Kristy

I also have a credit from receiving the wrong item–of course I can’t use it and the free shipping code at the same time! Seems ridiculous.

  16. Barbara Simon-Waters

I love Schoola. I have received nice items. I buy standard clothes that never go out of style. Got a great pair of REI pants! Would just ONE person make my day and YOURS and use my link: https://www.schoola.com/stitch?ref=cp-3Xwif69H Much appreciated!

    🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂 Lots of smiles coming your way!

  17. Dian

Me too. I have a credit from them because get the wrong item. But i can not use it because no free shipping right now. When I ordered previously get a free shipping. It’s not my vault they sent a wrong clothes. I think just ridiculous.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Schoola has great clothes and gives back to schools. In addition if you use my link you are helping out a single mother working two jobs (plus getting $15 credit for your order). I would be very thankful for your generosity. They have great items and customer service. Thank you. https://www.schoola.com/stitch?ref=cp-3XrxlS5F

    • Nelly

Used your Cassandra. Hope it helps!

      • Cassandra

Thanks Nelly, I really appreciate how we can help one another on this site. I do not see a credit email yet but it should show soon. Blessings to you.

        • Rebecca

I don’t see a credit after someone used mine either, has yours shown up yet?

  20. Lily Hank
