Should be both Angel. The REDcard can be either credit or debit so it won’t matter. HTH!

Its on their site and i always use a sogn in store where they sell the target reusable bags

Erin, it’s all stores. However, cashier’s are known to forget about this, as it’s a barcode taped to their drawer that gets scanned for the 5 cents.

you will get the discount when you use ANY reusable bags, at least I have. I always bring in my own bags and use the target debit card to save that extra 10%
I didn’t know that, but I was in-store recently and used a reusable bag and saw the .05 discount on my receipt. I just thought the cashier was being sweet. lol Thanks for posting this.

I went to my local Target early and no one at the store knew about this special going on. Disappointed
Santa Fe said its only for NEW card members who sign up in store.

I just showed the customer service desk my red card at a Minnesota Target and got the free plaid bag.
Once again Santa Fe Target disappoints us. We went at 8. First they said it was only for new accounts. Then they changed and said they only got one box. They couldn’t find it. They said they would mail them to us but I don’t believe it.
