I have a JCP Rewards account but haven’t downloaded the app — do you know if it will work for me? I didn’t see any terms or anything when I clicked the link.
I have a acct but not the app. It did show the terms and when I put my # in I got the msg saying give 3-4 days and will see points to acct.

Same here. I went to their customer service page and went to the live chat option. He credited my account and said it will show up “next month.”
Rewards update every month on the 4th. Check back with a cashier at a jcpenney store. Ask if you could check if you have any rewards and they will ask for your phone number or email.

Did anyone ever receive their items they bought when we did the promo for $10 off $10? I got an email saying my 2 orders shipped but didn’t get them yet.
Mine was cancelled
Mine was ready for ups pickup within an hour of ordering, will be here today. I would check your account if it hasn’t shipped or been cancelled I would call.

YES! Got my son’s shoes yesterday. He wore them today. Usually JCP excludes athletic shoes, so that’s what I got with mine.
I got my first package today, but haven’t gotten my others yet. One was cancelled with no notice.
I received an email from JC Penney saying that my item shipped, but when I track it, I get the message from USPS “tracking number not found”. So I don’t know if it was shipped or not.

Can this reward be used on disney stuff or is it just considered a coupon? I am going to read the fine print when it comes onto the account but would love a heads up if anyone knows.

did the $10 come in for anybody ? its been a while and I was expecting the $10 rewards to get credited.
I called them. They added my 100 points.
Had a hard time with this as well. It’s a little bit confusing because the JCP.com account is different from the JCP Rewards account but the two are supposed to be linked. It says the link to enroll in JCP Rewards is in the welcome email but I didn’t get any welcome email. There’s an option to resend the welcome email and I kept trying it for days to no avail. For some reason, it worked today! BUT my account says they actually credited me with the $10 4 days ago. Weird but at least I finally got the reward. Thanks, Collin! My suggestion for those who are having a hard time is to just keep trying or, better yet, call JCP customer service. Good luck, ladies!
I don’t know if having both a JCP and a JCP Rewards account and having them connected is even necessary to get the $10 bonus. It’s really confusing.
Another update. A little bit disappointed because JCP didn’t let me use my $10 rewards from the app download. They said I can only start using it by next month. The clearance items I bought were still good buys though so I just went ahead and got them.
I’m now not positive the place you are getting your info, however great topic.
I must spend some time finding out more or figuring out more.

I downloaded the JCpenney App today.Will I get the credit to my email ID
So when you download the the app, you have to create an account or use an exsisting one. If creating a new one try to use same information from your rewards. If you are not enrolled in rewards the app automatically enrolls you. Once you are in the app in order to recieve the reward you MUST add a payment method. This will only be ao you can recieve reward, you will not be charged anything and this does not mean you have to use the card added everytime you make purchase(s). In fact you can go in afterwards and either delete or add a new one. Hope this helps
