Having the same problem…my cards come to 20.16 and it won’t apply the 20 credit. I have the window open to call but haven’t had a chance yet. Hope it works soon!

Ok, I’m not sure if this is the reason or not but I noticed that under the coupon code box on my checkout it already had a 15% code applied to my order. I read that if you have any codes in your account they will automatically be applied first (but only one code is allowed per order) and you can’t change it, so I went and created an account in hubby’s name and redid it and under the coupon box it was not showing any other discounts and it worked perfectly. Worth looking into for those of you having issues 🙂

You cannot chose a trim option or the set of 6 does not show up, it has to be square corners. I found this out by trial and error 🙂 Also note that the free shipping is not applying any more…now it is just $3 off shipping 🙁

Check to see if you have any other discounts being applied. On mine it was showing 15% off under the coupon code box and was taking a discount off of a dollar and change. The small print on this offer says only one coupon code can be applied and if you have a coupon code already in your account it will automatically apply that code first and you can’t change it. What I had to do was create an account in my hubby’s name or just create a new account for yourself and see if it works. Worked for me. Good luck 🙂

Help for those who can only find 20 cards in their cart: For me, I had to choose 110 lb. stationery cardstock (not matte or glossy finish)
Elch, spent all that time doing them, and it didn’t work. It added the six but said I didn’t have the minimum for the order. Sad day, but I just have to give up b/c I spent too long. anybody know how to fix this without having to remake the card on a different (new) account.
I opened a new account and it worked. I could not get it to go through under my existing account. (There was a 15% off offer in my account so I think that’s why). Good luck!!

For those who were lost like me, with only 20 count cards showing up as the option, make sure to chose the 5×7 STATIONERY CARDSTOCK, 110lb option which should show the 6 count for the free cards. I kept putting in the “photo cards glossy or matte” and the 20 count was the only option for those. After a chat online, I realized that if I had only “read” the directions on the opening free card page, I would have seen to use that link and that CARDSTOCK 110 lb was the right option for the free cards. Good luck to those still trying to get some beautiful personalized cards. Thanks Collin!
