Same for me. When the form FINALLY pulled up the submit button doesn’t work. Then I have to keep re-verifying that I’m not a robot (lots of photos of trains & waffles) & then the submit button still doesn’t work. Looks like I’m not getting any free cocoa!
It finally worked after many attempts! After hitting the submit button it was taking so long to go through that the “robot verification’ kept timing out. Hopefully the website traffic is finally dying down.

I had to type in the web address “starbucksathomesamples.com” before it would actually work and submit my form. Following any link just would not work. Once I typed it in myself, it went through right awaty.
The site is backup and working again.
If you type that you don’t own a kourig, they won’t send you a sample. Too bad. I was wanting to try one using the keurig at my school, but seeing as how it’s only for owners, they just lost a sale. If I liked it, I would have considered buying one for Christmas.
