I entered my info but it took me back to the blank full out page not sure if that means it went through our not?
I had to use Firefox …. Safari stalled.
After I hit submit, it just goes right back to the entry page. I tried twice and the same thing happened. When it goes through, is it supposed to go to a confirmation page?

I had a hard time getting it to go through, too. My computer never loaded it, but my phone did. I got kicked out after getting my info into the entry page, but I filled it out a second time and it went through. It gives you a confirmation page if it works.

Took several attempts but FINALLY got through !
I went the route of switching to laptop as well, particularly using Firefox instead of Safari. Top to bottom loading took between 3 and 5 minutes. You will get a confirmation page that says Thank You and that your request is being processed.
