I got the “taking longer than usual” error. But I got this deal last week and according to the comments, I won’t be eligible for this one. Aw well. Got mine last week and tried to use it yesterday. However, the link in the email (which I opened last week to verify I got the coupon) was not working. It kept loading to a blank page that said “null”. So, I just tried this offer again now, and was able to sign in & request but then it says the website is experiencing delays…anyone else unable to use last week’s coupon?
