    I tried to log in and it kept saying my password was wrong, it wasn’t. Then when I asked for a reset code it said there experiencing technical difficulties. The same exact thing happened to my mom. I haven’t complained when I’ve missed out on the deal but I actually started using Visa checkout on my purchases now I’m locked out of my account. This just doesn’t seem right.

      I got the same message today. I was able to get this last week, but now Im upset I can’t get a new deal. They are really making things worse.

            None this week or last week for me. Both weeks it has told me my user name/password were wrong. I know they aren’t, so I’m giving up. I know this is a form of advertising, but it’s turning out to backfire on them from my point of view.

      Exactly what happened to me last week. I never got a code last week and didn’t complain. It won’t work for me this week either. Same as you, I actually do use Visa Checkout so it would be nice to be rewarded for being a loyal customer.

    wow . . . so frustrating! I’ve tried 2 different internet browers and multiple times logging in and still get error messages. This doesn’t reflect well on Visa!

    It’s saying invalid login!! So I went to my visa account and logged in exactly the same and I was logged in so I’m NOT using an incorrect login. It’s just a reason to not let me have one. Im not doing this all day, never again!

    I tried from my phone and ipad wouldn’t let me log in so I tried on my computer and it worked so if you can’t do it from a mobile device you might want to try a computer I hope this helps some of you who can’t log in

    So what is the email to contact them? I tried last week and did not get through. And again today, the site let me do the first step of logging in but then after hitting “I agree” it made me log in again, saying my password was not correct and of course I did cannot get a code. Now it says there’s high traffic try later. Last week I did not contact anyone this week I want to.

    Got thru. Husband tried on his account and he keeps getting an error code at the end. We did read the fine print which states once per household so that is probably why he can’t get his to go through.

    This is a hoax, Visa Checkout had so much trouble last week someone cached the address and reposted the offer to troll everyone.

    I went through everything and clicked on the continue for the $20 code and it kicked back to the message that it was busy right now…now I can’t get back and don’t know if it went through :/

    For those who got through last week but never received a code, we had the following message pop up: Looks like you already received a promo code. It takes about 4 business days to receive your code, so if it’s been longer than that, please contact support@mail.checkout.visa.com

    It allowed me a minute and gave this message once i entered the user name password of visa check out
    “Thanks! Once we confirm your eligibility you should get your savings code in about 4 business days.”

    Beware! I signed up for the last Visa Checkout about a week ago and got hacked for several hundred dollars. The bank said the charges came out of Brunswick, GA and I live in AR. Just a heads up.

    I got mine, so did my husband. Just be patient, you think the site isn’t doing anything, but if you wait it out, the pop up will come up. If you cant get to the get started, just keep refreshing.

      You were able to get 2? I got one last time the offer was available and my sister was trying to get one today but she kept getting an error message and when we read the fine print it states that you only get one code per person and household

    I finally was able to get mine through my phone, through safari. It didn’t work on my laptop, it kept on telling me I was using the wrong password to log in. So if it’s not working for you on your desktop/laptop try using your phone. Good luck everyone!
