Finally got this to work! I managed to get it to go through with Safari. I was locked out with one computer using Chrome (same as last week) and my phone kept saying to try again later. Got on a different computer and tried Safari based on comments and after a couple attempts it went through! Thank you for sharing the deal! My husband said this $20 is his to spend. I said he could have it since it is our 9 year wedding anniversary on Wednesday. 😉
I get thru the get code button I click that and it takes me back to the “i agree get started” main page so does that mean I got it?

No, you should receive a window to continue and then receive a message that your code will be emailed within 4 days. The same thing kept happening to me. I eventually got through and received the message though.

Maybe this has nothing to do with anything, but I noticed something last week. If I tapped the “continue” or “confirm” button, sometimes it didn’t work right and had to tap it again…then problems. I tended to get further hitting the “go” button on the keyboard instead.
Today, I tried tapping the buttons on my screen 2 passes through…wouldn’t work. Switched to hitting the “go” button and had success the first time. Says after confirmation…4 days. This was done on my mobile phone.
So annoying same thing can’t process at this time come back later.
Finally got through. Decided to make my account directly from Visa Checkout then try to get the gift card.

Its asking me every time to verify my credit card info, i tried many times and it said invalid. Not i just checked my email and have $35 charge from visa checkout they charged me $1 every time i clicked on verify information. I know that is on hold and should be refunded but that is all i had in my paypal account 😞
That’s so odd. I changed cards and all it did was send a $.00 verification through on my acct. I hope they clear that up for you ASAP!

Same here. Grr! I am DONE with Visa Checkout. Fraught with issues and now tying up my money…. Good thing I just got paid… there are times where that could have easily overdrafting me.

Did anyone get any problem with their codes last week? I tried to use it to buy a giftard at bestbuy but they cancelled my order saying they cant verify my info.
i went to the store and told them i wanted to put it on a gift card and they scanned the barcode. it scanned just fine
From what I read last week all gift card orders were cancelled. I’m not sure if they were ever returned or not.
I put an order in and it was canceled, i called best buy and they told me the amount was put back on my promo card, if you go on best buy.com you can check gift card balances, i did and sure enough the 20 dollars was put right back

Same here. BE CAREFUL… it puts $1 “on hold” each time you click update. They have $11 of mine tied up.
It’s not actually charging your card. They’re just verifying your card is legit and the charge disappears before it clears.
Wow I checked my bank account and sure enough they are holding money. So it’s not work8ng but they can still take money from me?

Visa checkout keeps giving error after signing in and verifying card and zip code, makes me never want to use them in the future – so frustrating trying for hours for 2 weekends in a row!!
Okay, after trying 20+ times since the offer went live (both on Internet Explorer and Chrome) I have had no success. After wasting a better part of last Sunday on getting this offer I share everyone’s frustrations. Done. Going out to enjoy what may be the last warm MN Sunday:-) Hope everyone else has better luck.

They sent me a link for the code last week but the code page only says “null”. I tried again today and it said I’m not eligible because I already got one 🙁
Kind of similar to what happened last week.. The server on their end must be mobbed with people trying to get in
I give up, I tried this last week as well and couldnt get past the “additional information is required” even though I was putting in EVERYTHING it asked and my info was 100% correct. Makes me VERY angry that they are having this many issues with a deal, I question the reliability of their service
I had the same issue last week and today….if you can try a laptop or desktop. I was only trying using phone and iPad and using a new system made it finally work. On the mobile devices, it even said my account was locked but the laptop worked just fine! Good luck, I know your frustrations!

I GOT IT!!!! I tried and tried and it kept saying service unavail come back, but no I will not come back, I kept refreshing the page and resigning until I finally got the code! It will come in 4 days they said, the trick is, too keep refreshing the page and resigning AND do not close the page if you cannot get in, leave it open and keep refreshing. Hope that helps.
