Got my $1000 Visa Card today!! The time-frame of the whole process was quick! I won on Nov 9, was verified on Nov 11, and received the card today Nov 16. When you activate your card, it will ask you for an activation number-that number is the first four digits of the telephone number you used when you signed up. It is easier to activate it online instead of over the phone.
It look them 2 days to verify the affidavit??? How did you send it in? Email?

Yes, I only played with one email address. You definitely have to read the rules, because you never know if you will win. Thanks to this site, I have become more accustomed to entering sweeps and reading the rules is the first thing I do before entering. I actually have one dedicated email that I only use to enter sweeps; it helps me to keep track of of it all without flooding my main email account.
