Yes, you can fax it, or email it, or send it in the post office mail. They have to receive it within five days though. Make sure the fax or email file is a PDF.

I play the SC Johnson game myself everyday. Im starting to lose hope that ill win since I never win anything. I just want to bring my brother in law and family for Thanksgiving from SC as he suffers from PTSD.
Don’t give up if it’s something you really want, I’m not a gambler and never even played any instant win games until I started following Collins site. Every year now I win something, couple years ago I won several things back to back including a $50 dollar general giftcard, $10 Subway card along with few other smaller things and this year nothing so far but not going to give up.

I won last week and it came instantly. I filled the form out and emailed it back but haven’t received verification. I have heard some are getting a response quickly 😏
I won on Saturday and completed the affidavit and emailed it back right away but have no idea if they received it. I sent an email again yesterday asking them to confirm (I’m sure they love that lol). I just don’t want to forfeit my prize for something silly like the email not making it to them.

I got the affidavit a couple of minutes after the winning screen appeared… but I did not receive a confirmation email afterwards.

That will depend upon you state of residence.
I received my gift card yesterday for the SCJohnson sweepstakes. You will receive an e-mail to confirm the receipt of your affidavit, then they will mail you the card. I received mine in about a week. The cover letter that comes with the gc says it’s value is 500.00. I e-mailed them and they got back to me immediately stating the cover letter was not printed correctly, the card is worth 1000.00. Great….now on to registering it. Not so easy, when I tried on the phone it said my activation number was not valid. So I contacted the gc company and was told to put the first 4 digits of my phone number including the zip code first. Finally got it to work. YIpee!! Well worth the effort. Hope you guys don’t have as much trouble.

I sent the affidavit on a Thursday night and didn’t get an email back confirming that they received it until Tuesday afternoon.
I faced mine and got email about 3 hours later.
