At most 2 weeks but it’s usually faster than that. I think their time frame for the slowest shipping is 5-7 business days.
They’re usually pretty quick. I ordered labels and a picture on the 8th and received them on the 13th. The products are always of high quality.
Lots of the pics were blurry for me 🙁 and customer service is terrible…least it was for me the other day when their website kept taking away my codes! The guy said they don’t just disappear/asking if I needed anything else b/c he didn’t want to give me back those codes and obviously just wanted to exit out of chat!
Agreed on their customer service. I use Shutterfly often and have had to call customer service before and they are terrible.

I agree as well eveytime I have had to talk to customer service it has been terrible and sometimes the problem isn’t resolved. I don’t order from shutterfly anymore unless the deal is just too good to pass up.

Yes you can use the free shipping for all the products you have.
You should be able to use the free shipping with your whole order, at least that has been my experience. However, you can usually only use one free photo book at a time. But you should be able to get your ornament and 1 book shipped for free.

OMG! If you use Visa Checkout, you get free shipping – so completely free labels! Honestly, I was being lazy and didn’t want to get up to get my purse, which is why I used the Visa Checkout. LOL. I was pleasantly surprised.

I have used shutterfly for years! I love love love the quality of their work! I’ve ordered practically one of everything lol! Must be a fluke about customer service… I’ve had great experiences w/ customer service myself. Once on a pillow I made, the seam cut off part of the words and they immediately sent me a coupon code for a replacement pillow and coupon for overnight shipping (at their cost of $51.00!!) and allowed me to keep the mistake pillow which really was still useable!! I love shutterfly!!
