    Is this a decent size?

Wonder if this is a decent size. How much can you fit in it?? Anybody know???

I would consider this to be a good size for a general around-the-house kind of tool assortment. It’s too small for a mechanic’s tool set, but I have a 13″ box I keep in my kitchen and it has plenty of space for a hammer, 6-8 screwdrivers, measuring tape, and some misc. items. most people think of a hammer, they’re thinking of the ~12″ long variety, so that may be something to consider for scale.

Whoops, thought my phone crashed when what I was writing disappeared, guess I had submitted it!

I have a 13″ I keep in the kitchen which has just enough space for a claw hammer, rubber mallet, utility knife, 6-8 screwdrivers, tape measure, and a few other random things. 16″ would give you a bit more space than that. In my opinion 16″ is a good size for the household essentials (a ‘regular’ hammer is 12″ long), but not big enough for a serious tool collection, so it depends on what you’re looking for.
