Wish I could use this – you had posted awhile back about Certifikid – they had the same promo. Shutterfly is not letting me use yours now. They said that the offer can not be redeemed more than once, so since Certifikid was the same offer, yours cannot be used now.

The extension for SAVE365 was because their web site crashed last night. For anyone who wanted to use DEAL60 for the free calendar last night and couldn’t, you’ll have to call them and request that they add a free calendar to your account. I tried talking to them on chat about it and it was like banging my head against a wall while talking to a robot. The person even tried to tell me the problem was with my computer, she wouldn’t listen when I told her the web site died and it was even all over their own facebook page. Phone support was more helpful.
Glad you had a good outcome. I tried calling about the DEAL60 promo and the lady on the phone just told me it had expired and there was nothing she could do. She knew the website crashed, but couldn’t help (wasn’t able to add the free calendar to my account or extend the promo).
Yah they kept telling me they couldn’t extend “site-wide promos” on chat even when I requested just the calendar part. On the phone when I asked about extending Deal60 because of the web site crash, they put me on hold a while then came back to say the best they could do was put a free calendar in my account, but not extend the % off. That’s what I wanted anyway, and the calendar they gave me doesn’t expire until late January. It says it’s from customer service on my promos page, so it’s a courtesy thing.

That’s weird, I don’t have that on my screen. The only thing in the right corner is “contact” & “sign up for newsletters”

I was working on the Shutterfly calendar last night when the website crashed – I spent hours – it was frustrating and I finally went to bed! It was in my cart when it happened. This morning, the code for free calendar still worked and it was ordered in less than 5 mins!
