   Walmart has same 11 by 14 canvas for same day pickup for $22.47. Although I did buy it on Black Friday with them for under $20 and it was done in a few hours!

   I ordered with simple canvas a few weeks ago when they were doing the two larger canvases for $52. I received one canvas the other day, and it’s a photo of some people I’ve never seen before. I tried contacting simple canvas via email with no response. I’m bummed because I was so excited to get it in the mail and when I opened it, I was disappointed. I know it’s probably a mix up, but it sucks. It makes me mad to think someone else may have gotten my canvas (family portrait) and who knows what type of person they are. I can only hope in a response from customer service to reply to my email and correct this issue. Hopefully the person who was originally supposed to receive this canvas is just as disappointed.

  Shanna, this does not sound like our company as we have strict quality control efforts in place to prevent this exact issue. Not to say that we never make mistakes, but I can assure you we can resolve it if it is our mistake. Are you able to provide an order #? As for not getting an email response, we do respond to 100% of our emails daily. I’m not understanding how there was no reply. Once we get your order #, I can do more research.     When I add my photos to the cart the preview is showing them in black and white. However they are color photos. Do previews always show up this way?

  Emile, I suspect the issue is that you accidentally selected the Black and White option. Try to “EDIT” what is in your cart and step through the shopping process and be sure not to select the Black and White filter. If this does not work, are you able to call us so we can help you out?   I will have to try to find the time to call you then. When the edit option shows up for no filter, b&w and sepia all of my pictures are showing in black and white. And then when I choose the no filter and add it to my cart, they are still showing b&w. They are certainly color photos that I am adding so I’m not sure the issue. I’ll see if I have a chance to call tomorrow during work. Thanks for the quick response!

    This company is amazing! They emailed me to thank me for giving them my business and to see how I heard about them. I told them I had some concerns about my photo looking blurry in the cart. And they emailed me back and forth all day to figure out a solution and make sure that I’d be happy with the quality of my canvas. Now THAT is customer service!
