Can the $10/$50 be used on Nikes? Seems like I remember that you can’t use coupons on Nikes but I don’t know if that is only percentage off coupons or if it includes threshold coupons as well.

free shipping is only if you reach $50. There’s no free shipping right now for kohls charge or regular. only way to get free shipping with no min is to use the in-store kiosk
Does anyone know what happens if you purchase something, get kohls cash, spend that kohls cash, then need to return original item? I bought a heated mattress pad and earned kohls cash and used it already. Today, I found a mattress pad I like better at macys 🙁
They deduct the kohls cash from the money you are refunded….
I have heard what Jamie said, but I’ve also been told from a Kohls customer service gal over the phone that they will give you the kohls cash back in form of merchandise credit. So, may be worth a try. My Kohls is great to work with.
That is if you return something that you used Kohls cash on, I think. Not somethign that you received Kohls cash for purchasing. Otherwise, If she returns a $25 item, you’ve only spent $25 and still get to keep the $10 kohls cash… everyone would do that.
I asked for merchandise credit so I wouldn’t lose the Kohl’s cash but the CSR woman was very rude & said she can’t do that!
I don’t like kohls cash due to the restrictions. I typically purchase something paid for entirely with kohls cash…then choose store pick up, so I don’t pay shipping. Then I pick it up and return it. Yes, it’s much more “leg work” HOWEVER- I am issued a merchandise credit in the amount of the kohls cash spent, which does not expire, and also qualifies for the free shipping (so long as the minimum is met- I just did this with $90 in kohls cash), AND allows me to use any available promotions- ie, I can now go through ebates for the 6 or 8% cash back and also successfully apply any percentage off or dollar off coupons. It may sound crazy but it works and it’s worth it if you have larger amounts of kohls cash- just a tip!
