Hi Amber! I hadn’t received mine for a couple of hours so I went back into the app and found out that I had not completed the final step. Try going back into the app, and click on the offer banner. It actually says in the game that they’re going to send the email. Make sure you get all the way to that step. Hope this helps! 🙂
I got it within 5 minutes and then uninstalled the game. I’d hop back into the game and make sure everything got completed. Good luck!
