I downloaded the app, but it doesn’t have a ‘join us’ button at the bottom…instead it has “tap to donate to the salvation army”
Same! I had the app before and deleted it so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.
This app makes no sense. There is nothing on it to even click on.
It only works when on Krispy Kreme premises
You have to turn on your location first then find a store and it’ll ask you to join or sign in push join and set up your profile

It worked for me. I downloaded app and it only took about 2 minutes after I registered for the rewards club that I got the notice 1/2 dozen offer had been added to my account. It did say that it is only available in some areas so maybe that is the issue?

My app doesn’t even require me to login. It just brings up a map with the nearest locations. Is everyone creating an account for this? There is nowhere for me to “login”

I called my local store and they said that since Corporate hasn’t added our state to the list, they are unable to redeem the coupon BUT they said if we buy 6 donuts, we will receive 6 free. Not too bad of a deal. Definitely call first.

Haha. So I download app, get my free coupon on the app, drive to my location this morning. They tell me they are out of glazed donuts. What? Seriously? I ask if they will substitute anything since I drove over here for this app and coupon. They told me nope. That was it. No apology or anything. I was so mad.

So I downloaded the app on my iPhone, signed up and saw a message that said I had a reward but when I check messages nothing there. 🙁 Maybe it takes a while? I’ll keep checking….

i have clicked EVERYTHING possible on the app and there is absolutely no login. what did you guys do, the ones that had this problem?
Just a tip – I signed up today and never got a message or notification. However when I went for the biy one get one dozen I asked about it and it automatically showed up when we scanned the barcode despite me never gettig notification about it.
I received the notification but no message!
