Beware of ordering candles from Kohls! I placed an order for 12 of these a week or so ago.They arrived in three separate shipments and EVERY single candle was broken (most shattered completely)! They wrapped each candle in paper and put them in a box to ship. Not packaged well for shipping at all. I am going to the store today to return. Terrible experience. YMMV
That’s not good, but not surprising. I ordered 8 for a baby shower so i really hope they come unbroken! I hope you can exchange in store with no issues.
Yeah, I order ALOT from kohls and just had my first disappointment in Kohls shipping. A sonic care toothbrush I ordered as a gift for someone was shipped in a plastic bag. By the time it arrived the box was smashed up pretty bad. Ugh.
That is so awful! My experience was the complete opposite!! I ordered 3 candles. They arrived individually and were wrapped in so much green bubble wrap I thought they were something else! Hope the return process is easy and hassle free!!
I actually had 4 of my 5 candles broken, but wasn’t able to drive up there to return them. It was horrible, but I thought at least the money went to a good cause (they were those kohls cares breast cancer awareness candles)
Same thing happen to me. Candle was shattered. When I called they wouldn’t resend me a candle they would only reimbursed my Kohls credit card.

The same thing happened to me. Every candle arrived damaged. They even shipped a lantern style candle holder with glass inserts in a bag with a small piece of bubble wrap around it. The glass was fine because the bubble wrap was around that part but the rest arrived all banged up and broken.

Not crazy! I bought some of those sherpa throws she posted that come to about 12 shipped for cardholders for gifts next yr. I decided to keep one though because they feel amazing
Be wary… I’ve ordered scented things and they seem to lose their scent when kept over time. I didn’t buy many to gift, just stockpile for personal use when they were cheap and was kind of disappointed that they didn’t smell as strong.

I saw these on a deal a week or so ago and actually went to the store to smell before I bought them and ended up not buying any because they had hardly any scent. They are pretty candles though 🙂

I ordered 2 of these candles a few weeks ago. They placed a little bubble wrap around them & put them in a bag with a sweater. 1 made it ok, but other one was shattered & all over the sweater. I think they need a better packing! Who send glass candles in a bag!! It was a nightmare to deal with!
