Wanted to share a pleasant Amazon experience- ordered both of my boys the $9.99 headphones just before Christmas- way, way too small on my 6 year old’s head, started completing the return steps and turned out they didn’t want me to return them and just refunded my account! Hadn’t decided if it was worth it to return but that was a pleasant surprise.
I had the same experience. I asked for a refund on a subscribe and save item I no longer use and was told to keep the item. The refund appeared not even a day later!!! Another reason I really like shopping with Amazon 😊

Has anyone else had their Subscribe&Save items appear as though ordered on a different date with prices not what you agreed on? Today everything I signed up for weeks ago appears “date ordered Dec. 26th” like the razor deal from about a week ago, and the price is different. I noticed a charge in my gift card account for one of the items and not! for the amount I thought I would be charged. Not sure what’s going on with Amazon lately.
YES! After reading your comment, I logged onto my account and looked over my S & S orders in detail and exactly the same thing has happened 😡. I am a member of the National Consumer Panel & scan and enter the cost of all my purchases, so I often take pictures of my Amazon orders’ item/price and then delete when it is scanned. You bet I will be calling customer service! I hope this is an honest mistake.
Olga- I kept researching after my comment. If you go outside S & S and go to your individual orders, scroll down & look at order details. It will show correct prices for your next shipment. The prices we are saying may be the price we will pay after the initial reduced shipment cost (which, in my case, often promptly gets cancelled.). HTH to clarify.
I panicked when I first started with s&s too but as long as te “order” is correct if you view the details you’ll get the right price!
Well previously my S&S items showed current price but once I click on the order I would see the price I signed with, but this time I am getting wrong order dates with wrong prices as though someone deleted my previous orders and refreshed them with higher prices, so odd!
