Target: Up to 50% Off Christmas Clearance
Target shoppers! It’s time to get your Christmas clearance shopping on (note that clearance prices can be regional)! First, it appears ornaments and other decorative items are already up to 50% off – choose from a nice variety of ornaments priced anywhere from $4-$7, so as low as $2 after 50% off discount!
Candy and snack items are marked at 30% off – save on Lancaster chocolates, Reese’s candy canes, Peppermint Candy Canes, and more!
As always, be on the lookout for food and household items that are seasonal AND possibly marked on clearance! Keep in mind that these items may NOT be in the clearance section, but in the regular aisles… so keep your eyes peeled. I was at target today, and they had a cartwheel for 20% off all clearance clothing, well it took the %20 off many of my items that were not marked as clearance, and jewelry as well. The only clothing items it didn’t take the discount on was a pair of jeans and active pants.
There is also an additional 20% off cartwheel offer for holiday markdowns!

The Mrs. Meyers cranberry scented handsoap, surface cleaner spray bottles, and candle tins (small) are also 50% off and are ringing up $1.99. These make awesome hostess gifts… Throw in a dish towel with a handsoap, candle, and surface cleaner and you have a nice gift for cheap! They were located on the soap aisle, not near the Christmas items. Also the large bottles of citrus scented dish soap were ringing up $1.99. I believe it’s the pine scent, cranberry scent, and orange scent.
My target in central indiana was pretty picked over already. There wasn’t even any wrapping paper left. The day after falling on a Saturday probably helped with that.

I wonder why they always do food at a lower clearance? There is always so much of it.
It’s because they can sell it to stores like Ollie’s or Big Lots and still make money but move the items out fast. That’s why closeout stores always have seasonal products/flavors.
My target told me that if they can’t sell it, they give it to charity.

my target has EOS lipbalm in the Christmas section 50% off along with burts bees!
My Target only had the single EOS lip balm in the purple packaging for 50% off. The 3 pack in holiday packaging was only 15% or 30% off, I didn’t pay attention to the original price, but I knew paying over 7.50 for 3 wasn’t a good deal!
Kohls had most Christmas items at 70-75% off today, plus redeem kohls cash and extra 20% off coupon 😍
Also check the Threshold items..even though the said they were 30% some things were ringing up at 50%! I got 2 of the fur blankets at $12 each (save these as gifts for next year)..and the really great big furry footstool with the metal legs, we ended up out the door at $25 instead of $89!! Not sure why it came out that way..but didn’t ask! 🙂
Also with all the glad coupons and cartwheel today..i replenished my glade/febreeze {hoarder} drawer…ended up paying $1.49 for the twin packs of the pine glade {Love this particular scent}…i snuck those in the house pass my husband…haha

Someone asked about Pyrex..I did not see any at my store prior to the sales today…but most Targets keep their inventory really low for the Holidays anyway…so there is less to mark down. 🙁
But I am off to Las Vegas tomorrow for a few days..and they have huge targets,,,,i may be in trouble…. 🙂

I got to Target at 3:00 today and there wasn’t much holiday stuff left! I didn’t see even ONE roll of wrapping paper! There was some candy and food items, and some other random things but seriously most of it was gone. The best deal I got was those gift sets of body wash, deodorant, shampoo…they were only $6.99 and there were quite a few left. Otherwise pretty cleaned out.

Sad to see so many people with a cart full of a certain product, like the Kleenex, Glad plastic storage containers, and the Ziplock bags, can’t people just take 2? :(. That was how my shopping buddy and I started our morning at Target seeing a few people take an entire display.

My Target had quite a bit of stuff left over…I was shocked! I stocked up on the seasonal Planters peanuts (love that stuff and can’t risk waiting when it goes to 50% off). I got some lights for next year, some EOS lip balms, 2 Kleenex boxes (this never happens!), a few ornaments, and lots of Glade candles. My surprising find was a blue and white chevron type design throw. It had a Christmas snowflake on the label, but was marked with a 30% off clearance sticker. I decided to scan it and it was 70% off so I only paid $4.48!!
My quirkiest find was dill pickle flavored popcorn for 70 cents. It tasted interesting.
I got all the stuff I was eyeing over the past few weeks and anything left at 70% off and 90% off will be a bonus! Happy hunting everyone!!
