Awesome buy!
😀
Switched from TurboTax to this last year due to the huge price increases for TT last year. Super excited to get the version I need for under $17! This is even cheaper than the repeat customer offer I got.
Thanks!
Oh good! You are very welcome Sarah!
I’ll stick with Tax Act. Only $20 for the version I need, which includes state filing.
One year I decided to use H&R software to do my tax and was not happy with the amount getting back for kicks I went back and used turbo tax and was getting a lot more back than what H&R was showing. I inputted the same info. It was weird for you would think it should be the same.
Same thing happened to me when I switched from TT to TaxAct
$10% off eh? lol 🙂
With the 10% refund bonus is is basically free to do your taxes. I chose H&R last year because of the bonus. My refund was going to be the same amount when I ran it through turbo tax so I switched to H&R to get the bonus.
Oh cool! Thanks for sharing Kay.
We switched to h&r block a couple years ago due to price and every year I check it with turbo tax. They are the exact same and if they were a little off I check the worksheets and physical copy and found the mistake. If you have issues with one being more or less you are missing input on something for it is just software that puts the numbers on the tax forms. Nothing more. Also the 10% bonus deal is great for we did it last year and got 10% back for target of free money. Happy to see it is Amazon this year!!!
I checked both forms and the same info was inputted into both programs. It could have been a new law or deductions that one program was taking into consideration and the other was not.
I analyze tax returns on a daily basis so I am very familiar with the forms and where info flows from and to.
Agree I don’t think hr is the best.
Sweet! Thanks for your feedback!
Got more than $200 in free bonus money last year!!!!
Awesome!
