Choose KROGER instead of your store. You’ll be able to load it and it’ll still show up on your card.

I am in CA, and did go to Kroger site to load the coupon. Assuming that it isn’t available on the Ralph’s site because it states Excludes LA and CA. So, not sure it will work, even though it is on my card.
Most likely won’t come off. Ralph’s freebie Fridays are usually different than the rest of Kroger and affiliates, and sometimes there is not one at all, hence the message when trying to find it.
