Yay! It seems that Target has extended the expiration date of this super high value 50% Off Archer Farms Spiral Ham Cartwheel Offer (it now expires January 16th!).
As I mentioned yesterday, Hip2Save reader, Kirsten, was able to find these Archer Farms Spiral Sliced Hams on sale at her local Target for just $1.99 per pound (regularly $2.99 per pound) so she snagged the 10 pound ham above for under $10! AWESOME!

My target is not a super target, but does carry a small section of meat and produce. They did have these hams this week.

You should laminate it and turn it into a key chain so you don’t have to print it again

The barcode scan didn’t work for me, saying the product didn’t match. Did anyone else have this problem?
Yes. It doesn’t recognize it on your phone, but it works at the register.

If you still have the $4 off $20 fresh food Target coupon from last month (no longer available), it works for these. I bought two of these last night, used the coupon and a $5 gift card that I got from doing a survey, and paid just $12.05 after tax. These things are huge and can easily feed a family for several meals. My plan is to give one of these to a neighbor who just lost his job.

Can you freeze a ham? If so does anyone know how long it will keep? I was thinking about getting on for easter but is that nasty? Ty
If you freeze meat properly, it won’t get freezer burned and will last for over a year. That’s why vacuum sealers like the FoodSaver are awesome.

Absolutely, you can freeze ham! Keep in original packaging, or if it’s sliced put it in a heavy duty freezer bag & remove as much air as you can. If your freezer maintains a cold temperature, you shouldn’t have any problem at Easter.

Limit is 4 per transaction, 6 transactions per day I believe.
Are the hams frozen or just refrigerated at the store?
How do you put the codes and how do you laminated to get it on a keychain I don’t understand this

Print your cartwheel barcode, laminate it, hole punch, hang on your keychain.
And you can get half off ham forever. No won’t work that way, codes expire after
the deal is over.
The barcode won’t work after the deal is expired.

I am reading the comments about the Cartwheel printing and laminating and if you need confirmation, look at your cartwheel number Barcode. It is the same today, tomorrow, etc. The deals expire and go away but your Barcode doesn’t. I printed mine and taped it to the back of my cell phone. Sometimes my wifi doesn’t work right when I need it at the register so I have it as back up on my phone case. You won’t get the ham for 50% lifetime using barcode. The deals come and go. Your barcode does not.
