You can get something else. It does not have to be a bouncer.

I have old car seats I was about to throw out so I cut the straps so no one would use them since they are expired. Could I still trade those in?
Yes!! Last time they told me I could get one off the side of the road if I wanted, condition didn’t matter. I bought a $5 one at a thrift store and saved $100 on a new stroller/car seat combo!!

YES! I have 2 expired car seats rotting in my garage. I don’t even need anything – I just want to get rid of them & have been waiting for this! Planning to get the coupons & leave them in-store or to folks in line as a pay it forward gesture. 🙂

what do they do with all the used stuff? I wonder if they donate the usable stuff to a charity or somthing.
They do not! Its recycled..but gives the opportunity for people to get new stuff to replace their otherwise expired stuff.
Do you think they’ll take just the back of a booster seat- can’t find the bottom part to save my life.
I’d say yes. I traded in a swing with no seat, just the frame, last year that I picked up from a yardsale & they took it no problem:)

Anyone know if they do this with baby carriers?
I need a little bit of advice. Currently my 3 year old and newly 5 year old are in the Safety 1st alpha omega elite car seats in my car which was the car we drove everywhere. My husband just got a truck and I know he will want to drive that now for family trips so I thought it would be easier to just get 2 more car seats. I would like to continue to keep my newly 5 year old in a 5 point harness because she is tall but very skinny and she can’t sit still to save her life. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy 2 more of the car seats they already have (which I believe they changed the name of them to alpha elite 65) or get something else. I have been trying to read around online but it is very hard trying to decide. Any suggestions would be greatly considered!!!

I want to take advantage of the trade in event, but the items I need to purchase are not available in any store in my state and the coupon says in store only. Is this true or is there a way to get my items and use the coupon since my stores don’t carry the product needed?
