i was at my target today and they said they didn’t carry it, maybe i was looking in the wrong area, because i looked online and it says they have them in stock.
I just got one at our Target and had to ask if they carried them, I searched and searched. They were in the same isle as regular nasal spay just across from it.

Mine deducted 10.99
No–the register actually flags the Q and the cashier has to override it–if they are willing to do so. My cashier would not and since it is in their policy, I couldn’t press it.

Just got 4 of them only had to pay taxes which were .77 a piece on them.
