Just curious about it being an ebay store? Is there a difference? I am new to this brand. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Also, any suggestions on a first time purse for a 12 year old that is going to middle school next year.

I’d suggest the little hipster, mini hipster or Clare. The little & mini are better for organization because they have more pockets/compartments. The Clare just has a front & main compartment. I think the best would be the little hipster though because you don’t even need a wallet with it since the front compartment holds all of your cards & cash. Though I guess if she’s 12 she won’t have a ton of cards anyway;) If you want a purse that she can use for a few years, though, this is the one I’d recommend. The mini hipster might actually be your best bet for that age range if you’re just wanting to get her her first purse. There’s a spot for a few cards (student ID, etc), space for a phone, Chapstick/gloss, tissues, pads, etc. (trying to remember what I needed at 12 (minus the phone…don’t think the brick cell phones of the past would fit;)

I’ve purchased through the Vera Bradley Ebay shop a few times now. It all comes from directly from Vera Bradley. These are just older patterns that they are trying to liquidate. Same merchandise, same quality.
I’d probably recommend a Crossbody bag. The provide dimensions of the purse further down in the description and also tell you what kind of pockets it may have inside. Hope that helps,

The only downfall I’ve noticed when ordering through the ebay store is that it may take a bit longer to ship…but free shipping!
And JMO…im not a fan of the mailbag…it’s very large, larger than the hipster, and it kinda overwhelms me…and I’m tall-ish (5’9″) and not exactly a string bean. I much prefer the sizing and design of the hipster

I’ve actually gotten some great deals from the vera Bradley eBay store. I think I’ve done a little too much shopping there. Shipping didn’t take too long. The prices are great. I’ve gotten such things as travel bags cosmetic bags, backpacks, Crossbody bags. I just recently bought a satchel bag. I check every day to see what deals they have. I feel like I just confessed my shopping habits 😜
