I heard on the 28th of February they are starting the penny sale. On select items you buy at regular price get another select item for a penny. I believe it will be on jc penny brands- Arizona. Any one else know anything about it?

This is a great deal, except for the shipping. I don’t get it that if you have the product shipped to the store, and you go over to the store to pick it up, that they charge you shipping. Decided not to order because of this. Is this happening to everyone?
Once you place the order for ship to store it’s free. I just ordered and it worked.
If it’s less than $25 then they will charge you a small fee for that..over $25 is free
You can always order from the store with an associate for free shipping to the store…
