No, I have had this happen, when I emailed customer service they said that point back are an estimation, that even at checkout when it says how many points you will earn, it’s just an estimation – and that if you pay with points that will reduce how many you get back. I threw a huge fit and they threw me a couple extra points – but I would be wary of purchasing anything thinking that you will automatically get the points they advertise – I would advise you take screen shots of everything to keep a record of proof incase you don’t get the points – they are very shady.

I agree with shop your way being shady. I called once about not getting points I was supposed to receive and the customer service rep was very rude. She told me I should never expect to receive points because “nothing in life is guaranteed”! Horrible customer service.

yes it IS the very worst. i don’t ever get the points without having to take a lot of extra steps to call or live-chat or talk to the manager and wait a long time and get a lot of false information…. most of the time it doesn’t work whether the offer is in store or shopping online.
many of the phone reps and store employees don’t even seem to know how the program works or what the terms & conditions are. 🙁

Can you order wipes and diapers and get back $20.22? I have an order with one package of wipes and a package of diapers and it’s showing I would only get back $10.21 and that’s because “Members earn $10 bonus points (10,000 points) when you spend $10 or more on selected items at SEARS or KMART (Online). Points will be awarded 30 days after purchase.”
Same here… I was going to try to order a pack for my infant and a pack for my toddler but the only points it’s showing I would get back is $10 worth for making a $10 purchase. It doesn’t say anything about $10.11 for buying diapers at checkout like it did on the product description.
I just placed 2 orders and was given the $10.11 for each order. I couldn’t get it to work when placing an order for 2 items, it would only given me the bonus once. I also signed up for the free trial of the Max shipping so I got free shipping on each order plus an extra $1 per order for choosing slower shipping which was actually only 1 day longer then the “express shipping”!
I think the points is valid for any purchase not just for these products. and the limit is 1 per account. =]

That makes sense! The 11 points appears to be the base points on the diapers, then the 10,000 points are just $10 back on any $10 purchase.

They had a glitch couple of days ago where a sweep was giving $100+ to people some people even reported getting over $700 so a lot of accounts were suspended the past few days due to that. But as of this morning that issue seem to have been resolved and the extra points have been removed from people’s accounts, maybe there are some accounts that still need to be reinstated.
I made to separate transactions 1 diapers 1 wipes and it showed that I would be getting back the $10 . Hopefully so.

It does work with anything. Just tried a crib mattress pad.
I would be careful about placing multiple orders. Reading through the comments and testing out putting items in my cart, it seems that ANY item over $10 will generate $10 in bonus points. But surely that is limited to one promotion per account. I already placed an order for a pack of diapers and it still shows I would get $10 back on everything I have looked at. I’m guessing the system just hasn’t caught up yet to figure out I already did the promotion once.

Just know, if this doesn’t work, even if you do a deal exactly as their site says, customer device will Not help you. I hate to blast a company like that but I have had some awful experiences with their point system. Lots of false advertising happens with this program! Even with screenshots they won’t help you.
I agree 100%!! This deal has scam written all over it!! In 30 days, points won’t show up and then customer service will blame it on fine print (that you won’t be able to find) or a glitch!! BEWARE OF SHOP YOUR WAY DEALS!!

So both of my orders stated I would get points. How do we know it is a one time deal?
I did three separate orders and all three said I will earn 10 dollars in points on each order. But once they shipped I only received $10 in points on one order and the other orders I didn’t earn any points
Mine did when I placed the order but then the actual orders in my account only showed one account earn the points. And it states I won’t get them for 30 days. I’m planning to return the others when I go pick them up.

i tried this yesterday. When did this expired? I processed my order yesterday and it said $0 points.
As today is 30 days from my purchase date and I haven’t received the points, I contacted shop your way who informed me that “points back are estimates” and I wouldn’t be getting points on my order (other that the 20 cents). 🙁
