Good price, but read up on this first. It’s not normal saline solution. Looked too scary so I passed on this. Got a twin pack of great value brand multipurpose solution of the same size for $5.98 instead.
I use this solution and love it! My contacts were always cloudy so my eye dr switched me to this. What a difference, my monthly contacts last longer too. I used to only get a week! Use this solution over night, if you’re going to be putting your contacts back in within a few hours just use the other solution. It makes a huge difference, just a FYI! 🙂
This stuff is amazing! I kept having allergy issues that led to infections and my dr switched me to this stuff and I LOVE it! And my contacts last way longer! I will never go back! Thanks for posting these awesome deals Colin! I have been able to stock up! That has been my one complaint about this stuff! It’s pricey!
I’ve been wearing contacts for 21 years. This is by far one of the best solutions out there. I’ve tried everything. I swear by this for my sensitive eyes. Everything else that I have ever used has made my eyes appear severely blood shot. It also cleans much better than other solutions. The reason why is different is that it’s like peroxide until after 6 hours of neutralizing. So you don’t want to use this if you need to put therm in sooner than That. It’s great stuff, don’t be afraid to try it.
Good to know! I was looking for something overnight and for when I take short naps so it didn’t fit the bill. Knowing me I’ll forget which I use and burn the heck out of myself. Maybe I’ll have to give it a shot. Thanks for the info 🙂
Yea, I definitely recommend it. It doesn’t hurt to have a backup though, like you said. If you are going to soak them less than 6 hours, or just to rinse them off if you have something on them. That’s when it doesn’t hurt to keep a rinse solution for backup. I can’t tell you how many times I have accidentally knocked the death vile over in the a.m. Because I’m half awake and blind in one eye! Then I have no solution to rinse them off with, just in case. So I keep another very small bottle of multi purspose. But for over night cleaning, this is my go-to solution for sure. 🙂

my optometrist recommended this it definitely makes my contacts last a lot longer but they must soak for at least minimum 6 hours or longer because if they don’t it will burn but if you don’t have 6 hours to give I agree with the last post just use regular solution but it’s an awesome product and well worth the money. I save a lot of money on my contacts by doing this and I wear monthly contacts.

**agree, by the way, this is THE BEST solution for lens cleaning. My doc insists I use it after I had some eye issues a few years ago. I had corneal abrasions from severely dry eyes, switched contacts, switched to this solution–no more issues!!

I have worn contacts since I was 13 (I’m 36 now) and this is the only solution I have used. I always get repremanded by my eye dr bc I wear monthly contacts for two months to stretch out a year supply (my eye ins only covers eye exams and a small rebate towards contacts every two yrs)…but then they ask my the solution I’m using…clear care…and they said oh, that’s what’s saved your lenses. I’ve never had calcium buildup or anything. And yes, you just soak for 6 hrs or more. You can’t cheat at 5:45 hrs…your eyes will burn…I know.
So funny, I’m also 36 and have worn them since 13. I do the same thing, I know I stretch my disposables way too long.

Fyi, Target often runs gift card deals on these for the buy 2 double packs get 5$ gc back. So use 2 of the $5/dbl pack = get total 15$ discount on that deal. This usually happens every couple months or so. It’s a good way to get a good deal on these. Love this brand, it’s the best I’ve found.
